for small businesses. Our signature service offering is the General Pattyn which
is based on the Managed Services Model where the client pays a flat monthly fee
that covers most network maintenance needs. Managed Services is a fairly new
term that refers to the only service and maintenance model where the client and
the service provider have the same goal. 100% up time. In the old Break-Fix
model, the client wants 100% up time at a predictable monthly cost. The service
provider’s income depends on the client having things break that the provider
can then fix. Hence …… the name Break-Fix. In the Managed Services Model , it
is to the provider’s advantage to maintain the clients network so well that it
rarely requires emergency service. There by striving to give the client 100% up
time and the cost is more predictable for both sides.
